Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Naazli. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must request a return within [7 days] of receiving the product.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Please email us at [care@naazli.in] within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at [care@naazli.in] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address we provide.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of COD orders, we will issue the refund via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges if the product is in stock. Customers must cover return shipping. Please email us to arrange an exchange.
