1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in sellable condition, free from any stains, smells, or damage.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost shipments.

5. Return Approval & Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • If the return meets our conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
