Exchange Policy

At Naazli, we understand that sometimes the size or style might not be quite right. We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible products under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (if the desired size is available).
- Product defects (e.g., stitching errors, fabric damage).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized or made-to-order garments.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:
- Email us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for exchange, and the new size or product you’d like.
- Attach clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once approved, we will provide shipping instructions for the return.
4. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us for exchange.
- We will ship the replacement item free of charge (within India) for the first exchange. Any additional exchanges may incur a shipping fee.
5. Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item and verify it, we’ll ship the replacement within 5–7 business days (subject to stock availability).
- If the desired product/size is out of stock, we’ll offer you:
- An alternative item, or
- A store credit, or
- A full refund (for defective items only)
